I grew up in the mountains on a farm. There was a boy who lived across the field from me... he became my best friend and I fell head over heels in love. We've been married for ten years now and every year just gets better and better. I'm a romantic at heart, a dreamer with a pioneer soul. I feel lucky to get to do something that I'm passionate about - creating art from life and seeing the world through a lens.

I've always been fascinated by people: their lives, their dreams, their ability to overcome obstacles. Photography is a beautiful medium for telling stories without words. I get excited about creating photos filled with natural light that express a story in a simple, beautiful way - whether it's a love story unfolding, the joining of two souls on a wedding day, or the fresh excitement of a new life.
